About Trillium

Hi, I’m Dr. Michael McKay and I wanted to take a second and introduce myself. I’m a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist that has been practicing on the Mississippi Gulf Coast since 1994. I grew up in Lafayette Louisiana and then attended Louisiana State University (LSU) for my undergraduate degree. I then moved to Shreveport, LA and attended LSU School of Medicine. After graduation, I performed a year of internship at LSU Medical Center. At the conclusion of my internship, I moved to Baltimore and did my residency in OB/GYN at the University of Maryland. After residency, I accepted a position and moved to the Coast and I’ve been here ever since.  I have been married to my wife, Brooke Shoultz, since 2011. I have three adult children Ginger, Katie, and Christopher.  In my free time, I’m an avid golfer, fisherman, and hunter.
